At Premae, we take pride in the quality of our goods.
If you receive your goods in less than satisfactory condition, please take a photo and send to us with a descriptive email within 24hrs of receipt to: Returns@premaeskincare.com
We will then request that you send the products back and we will happily exchange your items for the same items purchased.
For hygiene reasons, we can do not offer refunds, as we cannot resell the items as part of our commitment to purity and decreased contamination.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
